Sun-drying (sun raisins)
Tie the bunches of grapes to a rope and hang them in the sun. In this method, depending on how sunny the area is and the ambient temperature, it takes 15 to 20 days for the grapes to dry completely. Be sure to choose a place that is away from dust and ambient air pollution.
Also, after a week and the top of the berries are dry, move them to dry the other parts as well. The color of raisins prepared in this way is dark greenish-brown. Remove the dried grapes from the stem and store them in a cool, dry place.
Note: Although this method takes less time, but note that sunlight destroys a large number of vitamins in grapes, especially vitamin A, vitamin B and vitamin C, and reduces the quality of your raisins.
