Iranian raisins 1 glass

50 grams of butter at ambient temperature

2 eggs

A quarter of a glass of liquid oil

A quarter glass of milk

Half a teaspoon of vanilla

Baking powder 1 teaspoon


How to make chocolate walnut Iranian raisin cookies


The first step

To make these delicious cookies, we first mix butter and powdered sugar. Then add liquid oil and mix until creamy.


The second step

We also add vanilla. We add the eggs one by one and after mixing, add the milk and mix with a mixer until all the ingredients are mixed.


The third level

At this stage, we mix flour + baking powder + cocoa powder and add to the ingredients to get a relatively stiff dough. Now we add the intermediate ingredients including chopped walnuts and raisins and mix until the intermediate ingredients are spread all over the dough.


The fourth stage

We put the prepared ingredients in the refrigerator for half an hour to rest. After resting, we take cookie-sized pieces of dough, shape them with our hands, and place them in the oven tray at a distance from each other. Be sure to put greaseproof paper in the oven tray.


The fifth stage

After finishing the ingredients, put the cookies in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. After cooking, take it out of the oven and serve after it cools completely.
