About Zahedi Dates
Zahedi dates are known as Ghasb and originated in Fars Province, Iran. The harvest time for these dates begins in September and continues until mid-October. The suitable temperature for keeping Zahedi is from +3 °C to +8°C.
The quality of Zahedi dates depends on their moisture content, color, and size. The moisture content of the dates should not be too low or too high. The light golden color and the size of 4.5 – 5 cm show the premium quality of Zahedi dates.
