Rabbi date is also known as Pakistani date and its origin is Kerman Province, Iran.
The harvest time of Rabbi usually begins in August to mid-October.
These dates are partially dried, with a moisture content of less than 20% so they can be placed in a place with a temperature range of 0 to +5 °C.
A-grade Rabbi date has wrinkled skin but a soft texture. Its color varies from dark brown to black.
